Job Description

Insurance_Billing Administrator_Specialist_German

Responsibilities

Perform administrative tasks, including profiling, issuing documentation and letters, and monitoring mailboxes. Support internal and external stakeholders, such as brokers and underwriters, via phone or email. Enter and maintain data at the client and broker level, including payment terms, methods, and bank details. Ensure high-quality service standards and keep data consistently updated. Make small corrections to invoices and create or update payment plans in the system. Manage credit notes daily to facilitate smooth refund processes. Maintain billing data within the system to ensure billing accuracy. Assist customers and colleagues with unexpected queries. Address invoicing disputes as necessary. Handle cancellations efficiently.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or experience in customer support, credit control, or billing. Strong telephone manner with good interpersonal skills for teamwork. Curious, eager to learn, and willing to challenge conventions. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, even under pressure. Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan workload to meet deadlines. Demonstrated personal integrity by fulfilling commitments. Strong customer focus.
