Position Summary The Manager, Global University is responsible for leading the strategy, governance, and operational execution of Vectra AI’s Global University. This role serves as the global owner of Academy programs, standards, processes, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across Sales, Partner, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support enablement.This leader establishes the University operating model, drives stakeholder alignment,manages the University roadmap, and ensures scalable, high-quality learning experiences that support business objectives and learner success.The Manager, Global University oversees University governance, certification strategy,quality assurance, PMO processes, performance measurement, and operational excellence while partnering closely with business leaders across the organization. The role also provides leadership and direction to the University Operations team responsible for content development, LMS administration, and learning production.

Key Responsibilities

Academy Operations Leadership

  • Own the day-to-day operational management of the Global University.
  • Establish and maintain the University operating model, governance framework, and delivery processes.
  • Drive execution against the University roadmap and annual priorities.
  • Develop scalable processes that support rapid content creation, maintenance, and delivery.
  • Ensure consistency of learner experiences across all University audiences and programs. Program Management Office (PMO)
  • Serve as the University PMO leader responsible for planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and program execution.
  • Implement project management methodologies, sprint planning, intake processes, and delivery workflows.
  • Manage University program portfolios, project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and mitigation plans across University initiatives. Academy Governance & SOP Development
  • Create and maintain University standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Define content development standards, review processes, publishing workflows, and lifecycle management practices.
  • Establish governance frameworks for curriculum development, certifications, and content maintenance.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across University operations. Content Factory & Production Management
  • Lead the University content production model across instructional design, content creation, certifications, and learning programs.
  • Develop scalable content development workflows that improve efficiency and reduce production cycle times.
  • Manage intake and prioritization of learning requests from stakeholders.
  • Ensure appropriate resourcing and workload balancing across content development teams. Quality Assurance & Certification Governance
  • Establish University quality assurance standards and review processes.
  • Oversee certification governance, including exam management, certification maintenance, and credential quality standards.
  • Ensure University assets remain accurate, current, and aligned with product strategy.
  • Measure and continuously improve training effectiveness.

Stakeholder Management Partner closely with Sales Enablement, Partner Enablement, Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Support, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Global Enablement leadership.

  • Manage intake and prioritization of University requests.
  • Drive alignment on roadmap execution.
  • Communicate program status and outcomes.
  • Facilitate governance reviews and stakeholder decision-making.

Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain executive reporting on:

  • Content production metrics
  • Program delivery metrics
  • Certification attainment
  • Learning engagement
  • Content utilization
  • Course completion rates
  • Operational efficiency metrics
  • Stakeholder satisfaction
  • University business impact measures

Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in enablement operations, learning operations, program management, training management, PMO leadership, or related functions.
  • 3+ years managing cross-functional learning, enablement, or content development programs.
  • Demonstrated experience building scalable operational processes and governance frameworks.
  • Strong project and program management expertise.
  • Experience implementing PMO methodologies and reporting structures.
  • Experience working with LMS platforms and learning technologies.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting global teams and distributed work environments.

Preferred

  • Cybersecurity industry experience.
  • Experience supporting sales, customer, partner, or technical enablement programs.
  • Certification program management experience.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification.
  • Experience with learning analytics and business intelligence reporting.
  • Experience building Academy or corporate learning organizations.

Success Metrics – First 12 Months

  • Establish University governance framework and operating model.
  • Implement University PMO processes and reporting structure.
  • Launch standardized content development and QA workflows.
  • Reduce content production cycle times.
  • Improve stakeholder visibility through executive dashboards and reporting.
  • Increase University content quality and consistency.
  • Improve learner engagement and certification completion rates.
  • Establish measurable University KPIs and operational scorecards.
  • Build a scalable University delivery model capable of supporting company growth.
