Creative Strategist Role Summary We’re looking for a highly performance-driven Creative Strategist to own the development of high-performing paid social creative that drives profitable customer acquisition at scale. In this role, you will translate consumer psychology, product truth, and performance data into scalable creative systems that educate, persuade, and convert. You’ll own creative strategy from research and ideation through testing, iteration, and scaling — partnering closely with designers, editors, creators, media buyers, and production teams to continuously unlock growth opportunities. This is not a brand-awareness role. We are looking for someone who understands direct response creative and can consistently build winning ads that drive revenue, especially across Meta.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative strategies that drive profitable customer acquisition across paid social channels, primarily Meta. Research customers deeply to identify pain points, buying motivations, objections, awareness levels, and scalable creative opportunities. Build and continuously test new creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging to prevent fatigue and improve efficiency. Own the development of clear, high-signal creative briefs for designers, creators, influencers, editors, and production partners. Lead structured creative testing and iteration by analyzing performance signals and evolving winning concepts to maximize scale. Conduct competitive and market research to identify emerging trends, high-performing formats, and best-in-class DTC creative. Partner cross-functionally with media buyers, production teams, post-production, creators, and marketing stakeholders to maintain a fast and efficient creative pipeline. What Success Looks Like Successfully helping scale acquisition funnels through high-performing creative while maintaining profitability targets. Identifying and scaling multiple winning creative angles that sustain performance and reduce creative fatigue. Operating a high-velocity creative testing engine with strong organization, iteration, and learning systems. Developing diversified creative across audiences, personas, hooks, formats, and creators to support long-term growth. Who You Are: You deeply understand consumer psychology and enjoy figuring out what actually makes people buy. You are performance-first and care about business outcomes, not just creative aesthetics. You move quickly, embrace testing, and adapt fast when data signals change. You take ownership and proactively solve problems before performance declines. You combine creative intuition with analytical rigor and enjoy turning insights into repeatable systems. You thrive in fast-paced environments with high output expectations and constant iteration. Experience & Skills: 5+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Creative, Paid Social Creative, or a related role. Proven experience developing high-performing static and video ads for paid acquisition environments. Strong understanding of direct response marketing, consumer psychology, and creative testing frameworks. Experience supporting high-spend Meta environments and scaling performance creative. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate creative performance using KPIs and performance signals. Experience writing creative briefs, developing scripts, and collaborating with creators, editors, and production teams. Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills. Nice to have: Experience in DTC/eCommerce brands, particularly health & wellness, supplements, beauty, or CPG. Familiarity with scaling creative in high-volume performance marketing environments. This is a remote-first role, open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000-$95,000 (USD). Your offer will reflect your experience, skill set, and where you live — we calibrate pay to ensure fairness and alignment with local markets.
