About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients across Spain and Portugal. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for driving customer retention, increasing product adoption, identifying growth opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help customers maximize the value of our solutions while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers across Spain and Portugal; Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and executive sponsors Conduct regular customer engagement meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews; Develop and maintain account plans, governance frameworks, and stakeholder maps. Growth & Commercial Development Drive customer retention and renewal success Identify, qualify, and manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities; Support customers in maximizing adoption and utilization of our solutions; Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast within Salesforce. Operational Excellence Ensure all customer activities, opportunities, and account updates are accurately maintained in Salesforce; Partner with internal teams to support contract renewals, onboarding activities, and issue resolution; Monitor account health and proactively manage risks to customer satisfaction and retention. Collaboration Work closely with Solution Consultants, Professional Services, Market Planning, Support, Product, and Sales teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience; Act as the voice of the customer by sharing market, competitive, and customer insights with internal stakeholders; Contribute to strategic planning and account development initiatives across the region. Skills & Experience Experience in Account Management: retention and growth; Proven track record of managing, retaining, and growing customer relationships; Experience conducting business reviews and engaging with senior stakeholders; Strong commercial experience driving renewals, upselling, and account growth; Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment; Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken), Portuguese is highly desirable.
