What You'll Do: Assist in the creation and development of design concepts for substation projects Prepare detailed design drafts and visual content using substation design software Collaborate with senior designers and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives Revise and update designs based on feedback and project changes Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and project guidelines Maintain organized records of design drafts and related documents Assist in the preparation of presentations and design proposals Conduct research to stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques What You'll Bring: 2-5+ years of substation design experience at a utility, municipality or consulting firm Experience with Physical & P&C Design Proficiency in 2D and 3D AutoCAD modeling software Strong communication skills Ability to work long hours, and occasionally weekends Salary Range: $32-38/hr.
