As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated students based in Switzerland to join our Operations team as: Working Student (30%) – Customer Care or Fraud Monitoring Your opportunity Whether you enjoy helping customers solve problems or have an eye for detecting unusual patterns and preventing misuse, we have an opportunity for you. Depending on your profile and interests, you will join either our Customer Care or Fraud Monitoring team. Customer Care Support our users by handling customer inquiries. Adjust journeys and invoices when needed. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams. Help ensure an excellent customer experience. Fraud Monitoring Monitor app usage and investigate suspicious activities. Help maintain a fair and trustworthy ticketing system. Review cases and take appropriate actions. Contribute to improving fraud prevention processes. What you bring You are currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences and have at least two years of studies ahead of you. Fluent in either German or French as well as English; every other european language is a plus You are reliable, self-organised, and able to work independently. You learn quickly and enjoy taking ownership. You are interested in technology, mobility, and digital products. Familiarity with the FAIRTIQ app is a plus.
