The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for quality control, print file setup, and proof creation. The individual will be reporting directly to the Art Services Team Manager. This role is suitable for dependable multitaskers that can work quickly under pressure in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Complete print file and proof creation tasks in a timely manner according to all printing and development specifications, following the company protocols. Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely creation of print-ready files based on our printing specifications Setting up print files using our internal Workflow to ensure the best output of product Clearly and efficiently communicate and track any issues with software, files, etc. using the appropriate communication channels. Additional tasks and responsibilities as required
Requirements
High Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator and Photoshop A secondary school diploma or equivalent Exceptional problem-solving skills Very Strong time-management and organizational skills Able to work without direct supervision Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate across internal teams High proficiency in PC/Windows operating system and Google Workspace Print production experience (bonus) Your Key Attributes High Standards: You are organized and self-motivated. You communicate openly, timely and in a clear manner any issue with the Team Leader/Supervisor, co-workers and any one else who needs information regarding the printing and/or finishing function.
