This is a remote position. Responsibilities include the following: Outbound Calls: You will make outbound calls to health plan members to schedule In-Home Health Evaluations. Scheduling: You will arrange and coordinate the scheduling of the evaluations. Member Communication: You will answer member questions and provide support. MUST speak English and Spanish fluently. Outstanding problem-solving skills. Displays patience, empathy, an ability to manage stress, and the ability to work under pressure. Skilled and efficient in writing and verbal communication. Provides knowledgeable, friendly, and eloquent customer service THIS OPPORTUNITY REQUIRES A BACKGROUND CHECK, DRUG SCREENING, AND PHOTO ID VERIFICATION
