Virtual Mystery Shopper
About Meadow Meadow is building AI-powered tools to help counter-serve restaurants run more efficiently. We replace traditional security cameras with smart vision systems that not only keep an eye on things but also provide real-time business insights—like spotting long lines that cause lost sales, identifying bottlenecks in the queue, tracking ingredient usage to reduce waste, detecting upsell attempts to boost revenue, and monitoring order accuracy to improve customer satisfaction. We present all of this information on a BI Dashboard that makes it easy for our customers to digest how their restaurants are operating. Our goal is to give restaurants the data they need to operate smarter, faster, and more profitably. We are a seed-stage start-up. We already have five customers under contract, representing over 150 locations, with several more strong prospects in the pipeline. As we continue to grow, we’re focused on expanding our technology and demonstrating its impact not only in restaurants but also across other verticals—such as retail, convenience stores, and more. Virtual Mystery Shopper We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the audit of customer interactions at our client locations (e.g. Restaurants, Retail Locations, and Entertainment Venues).
