  • Build partnerships with colleges, workforce boards, and scholarship providers while staying current on credential requirements
  • Track and report pipeline metrics, develop completion plans, and collaborate on dashboards for progress and outcomes
  • Support funding access by guiding scholarship/tuition assistance applications and ensuring compliance with requirements
  • Educate leaders on credential expectations, monitor regulatory changes, and support audits and compliance processes

  • Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, Education, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
  • 2+ years in ECE credentialing/advising, CDA support, college admissions/registrar/financial aid, or workforce development
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CDA standards, ECE degree pathways, and state professional credential frameworks
  • Strong documentation, data entry, and case management skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM/LMS or case-tracking tools
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable steps for educators
  • Ability to travel up to 30%

#LI-remote Our benefits meet you where you are. We’re here to help our employees navigate the integration of work and life:

  • Feel supported in your mental health and personal growth with employee assistance programs.
  • Feel great and thrive with access to health and wellness programs, paid time off and discounts for work necessities, such as cell phones.
  • … and much more.
