Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Customer Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, engaging with customers through live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. You will address their inquiries and provide top-notch support, covering a range of customer needs from assisting existing clients to fielding questions from potential new customers. This role offers flexibility with no fixed term commitments, providing you with a seamless work experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer support queries via live chat

  • Address support questions from existing customers and sales inquiries from potential new customers

Requirements
