NON-NEGOTIABLE QUALIFICATIONS To be considered for this role, you must meet all of the following requirements: · Colorado Resident: This role requires in-depth knowledge of Colorado real estate processes and the ability to work within the state. · Minimum 3 years of Transaction Coordination Experience: You must have directly and independently manage files from pre-list through closing. · Strong Colorado Contract and Compliance Knowledge: You must already understand Colorado contracts, disclosures, timelines, deadlines, and brokerage compliance requirements. · Advanced Systems Proficiency: You must be highly comfortable and efficient using Google Workspace, CTM eContracts, MLS systems, and compliance platforms such as SkySlope, BrokerMint, or similar. · Exceptional Attention to Detail: You consistently catch errors before they become larger issues and take pride in producing accurate, complete work. · High Volume Capacity: You can successfully manage multiple transactions at once while balancing shifting priorities and firm deadlines. · Professional Team Player: You are dependable, service-oriented, and committed to working collaboratively with agents, clients, and business partners. WHO WILL THRIVE HERE · Loves structure, systems, and organization. · Is proactive and solutions oriented. · Is comfortable working behind the scenes as the operational backbone of the team. · Takes pride in doing things right the first time. · Understands how to move quickly without sacrificing accuracy. · Wants to be part of a small team with high standards and shared accountability.
