Employer Help Analyst (LT)
California Correctional Health Care Services is seeking a motivated individual to work as an Analyst I on the Employer Help Team within the Employer Services Division. The role involves analyzing membership and contribution data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and providing consultative services to employers of K-12 and community college educators.
Responsibilities
- Membership and contribution data analysis
- Reporting adjustments and clarification of employer approved annotations
- Ensuring data is transmitted accurately and timely in accordance with the Education Code
- In-state travel may be required to assist in employer training
Skills
- Ability and desire to show initiative with completing tasks
- Demonstrated experience handling multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of staff and management
- Ability to interpret and apply CalSTRS laws, rules, and policies correctly
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems, draw logical conclusions, and complete staff work
- Strong commitment to delivering quality service and providing options to customers with diplomacy
- Knowledge of or ability to collect, track, and report data
- Reliable and excellent attendance
- Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 (when not applying electronically), or the Electronic State Employment Application through your Applicant Account at www.CalCareers.ca.gov
