[Remote] Technical Product Manager

The Technical Product Manager will partner with business, technology, and product teams to drive product management lifecycle and develop AI-powered solutions that address complex business challenges. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing user stories, and leading cross-functional team meetings to ensure successful product delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Understands and effectively partners with business, technology, and product teams to identify and appropriately leverage SME's
  • Partners with product managers/owners in advancing work forward to meet obligations and opportunities
  • Communicates effectively to business partners an understanding of core technology enabling business functions
  • Collaborate with Business Partners to gather information required for user story creation and positively influence user story outcomes
  • Create user flows, features - with well-defined acceptance criteria and definition of done and get alignment with the scrum team
  • Drive and take part in Feature and User story grooming for Sprint planning activities
  • Ensure features are broken down into manageable user stories and user stories are directly tied to OKR's
  • Manage and field scrum team questions regarding the sprint progress and attend to any blockers identified
  • Understand the demand, priorities, and scrum team capacity
  • Ensure features being prepared have a corresponding UX definition identified
  • Create, right size, and prioritize user stories to ensure the acceptance criteria in the feature is met
  • Must be able to work with offshore teams
  • Create opportunities to add features / user stories into the common product backlog and help refine
  • Prioritize and re-evaluate requirements throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure business objectives and product vision are being met
  • Attend scrum team demos and offer constructive feedback
  • Effectively leads cross-functional team meetings
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of experience with software development concepts and reading and interpreting technical documentation as well as working with developers, solution architects and other technical staff
  • 1+ years of experience in driving the product management lifecycle and design and development of end-to-end products and workflows; drive and support integration strategies and approaches, persona development and journey mapping
  • 1+ years of experience in monitoring capital budget at feature/scrum team level
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
