[Remote] Marketing Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. REAL Solutions Group is a consulting firm dedicated to supporting pharmacies, telehealth companies, and drug supply chain facilities in achieving regulatory compliance. The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing brand assets, executing email marketing campaigns, and supporting web design initiatives to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and evolve branded assets across digital and print channels to ensure a consistent and professional company identity
- Design marketing collateral including: presentations, one-pagers, sales materials, social graphics, internal communications, and event-related materials
- Develop graphics and visual content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms
- Ensure all creative outputs align with company brand standards, messaging, and overall marketing strategy
- Support lightweight web design and website updates, including landing page creation, content updates, and basic site maintenance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve website user experience, messaging, and conversion opportunities
- Assist in managing website content to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with business priorities
- Optimize web pages for readability, engagement, and basic SEO best practices
- Build, launch, and manage marketing campaigns to support lead generation, client engagement, and company communications
- Create email templates, design layouts, and compelling copy that align with campaign goals
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and scheduling to ensure targeted and timely communication
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization and improvement
- Partner with operations, sales, and leadership teams to support company initiatives through marketing materials and campaigns
- Coordinate marketing support for company events, webinars, and conferences
- Assist in maintaining and organizing digital marketing assets and templates for company-wide use
- Contribute to marketing planning, brainstorming sessions, and creative strategy discussions
Skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a home-based, virtual environment free of distraction
- Experience creating branded marketing assets and maintaining visual consistency across channels
- Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms
- Experience with website platforms such as Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, or similar CMS tools
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of basic web design principles and user experience best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail and brand voice consistency
- Start-up focused mentality, with a solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
- Strong organizational skills, creativity, and an independent working style
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
