They are seeking a Client Solutions Manager to serve as the primary client contact for top brand and agency accounts, managing relationships and campaign strategies while collaborating with Sales and Operations teams to achieve exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing day-to-day communication and long-term relationships
- Partner with the Programmatic Operations team to ensure flawless campaign setup, delivery, and optimizations
- Translate client objectives into strategic campaign plans, providing insights and recommendations
- Analyze performance data and deliver clear, actionable updates to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to grow client partnerships through upsells and cross-sells in collaboration with Sales
- Maintain deep knowledge of client preferences, historical performance, and industry trends
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in account management, client success, or programmatic advertising
- Strong understanding of digital media buying, DSPs, analytics platforms, and performance reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on strategic storytelling
- Highly organized and confident managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative mindset and passion for building lasting client relationships
