Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls
- Assist customers with account balances & payment arrangements
- Provide customer support while maintaining professionalism
- Offer solutions and upsell services when appropriate
- Accurately document all call details
Skills
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Strong communication & listening skills
- Ability to handle collections conversations professionally
- Comfortable with sales and upselling
- Basic computer skills + ability to navigate multiple systems
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Desktop or laptop (no tablets/Chromebooks)
- Wired USB headset
- Hardwired internet connection (no WiFi)
