[Remote] Account Executive

The role involves executing a consultative sales process, managing a pipeline of leads, and collaborating with various departments to enhance the buying experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute a consultative sales process that involves identifying potential customers, needs, goals, and challenges
• Proactively seek out new business through individual efforts and effectively managing a pipeline of inbound leads
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and targets
• Continually enhance your product knowledge and sales skills
• Work closely with other employees in sales, marketing, and customer service departments to ensure a seamless buying experience

Skills

• Highly motivated and self-driven inside sales professional
• Ability to execute a consultative sales process
• Experience in identifying potential customers, needs, goals, and challenges
• Proactively seek out new business through individual efforts
• Effectively manage a pipeline of inbound leads
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and targets
• Continually enhance product knowledge and sales skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Located in British Columbia or Ontario
• Seasoned professional with a proven track record
• Willingness to train the right person with the right attitude
