[Remote] EverPro - Sales Solution Engineer (Remote, US)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EverCommerce is a leading service commerce platform on a mission to digitally transform the service economy. They are seeking a motivated and technically curious Sales Solution Engineer to support their sales team in selling business management software solutions to companies in the physical security industry.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales representatives throughout the sales cycle
- Participate in discovery calls to understand customer needs, workflows, and business challenges
- Help qualify opportunities by identifying operational pain points and software fit
- Assist with proposals, solution summaries, and follow-up materials
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to security dealers, integrators, and service companies
- Show workflows such as CRM, dispatching, recurring billing, service management, inspections, inventory, technician scheduling, and reporting
- Configure demo environments based on prospect use cases
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, SaaS, customer-facing technology, operations, or technical support roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Business management and experience in business management software is a plus
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, operations leaders, and sales teams
- Ability to learn software platforms quickly
- Organized, detail-oriented, and coachable
- Interest in technology and business process improvement
