[Remote] Business Development Representative

They are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel activity by booking calls with qualified prospects, serving as the first point of contact for potential clients through cold calls.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume cold calls daily to pre-qualified prospects to schedule intro calls with potential clients
• Own the outreach process end-to-end, including script execution, objection handling, and call coordination with the Growth team
• Use quick, live research to find meaningful angles that connect with each prospect during calls
• Collaborate with team members to refine messaging, targeting strategies, and outreach best practices
• Participate in weekly reviews to track progress against meeting goals and improve performance

Skills

• Confident, clear phone communicator: you enjoy being on the phone and know how to keep people engaged
• High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Coachable, resilient, and eager to succeed in a performance-driven role
• Prior experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or appointment setting is highly preferred
