They are seeking a Business Development Representative to prospect and qualify leads for their nonprofit CRM platform, focusing on booking qualified meetings for Account Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Book 20 qualified meetings per month with nonprofit decision-makers
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Research accounts and tailor messaging to prospect needs
  • Pass detailed context to AEs for smooth handoffs
  • Travel to industry conferences to represent Humanitru
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and messaging

Skills

  • 1+ years in sales, BDR, or business development (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
  • Organized with a systematic approach to prospecting
  • Genuinely interested in helping nonprofits succeed
  • SaaS experience preferred
