Nexkey Real Estate Group, part of Royal LePage Elite Realty, Brokerage, is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Real Estate Sales Agents. This full-time role focuses on providing hands-on training and mentorship for new agents, helping them to build a successful real estate business through lead generation, client services, and organizational support.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting Daily prospecting activities including:
- Calling team-provided leads
- Following up with prospects
- Cold calling
- Circle prospecting
- Door knocking
- Database nurturing
- Referral generation
- Sphere of influence outreach
- Networking events
- Community involvement
- Open houses
- Social media relationship building
- Client Services • Conduct buyer consultations

Skills
