  • *Job Summary**

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our team of overnight, weekend, and holiday lost/stolen customer service agents. As an Experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers who have fallen victim to potential bank account fraud. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

• File disputes on behalf of customers who suspect fraud on their accounts

  • Express empathy and understanding to customers who are experiencing financial distress
  • Maintain a professional and courteous tone throughout all calls
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work independently in a remote environment, using a wired high-speed internet connection and a smartphone or landline phone
  • Participate in virtual classroom training and ongoing coaching and development opportunities
  • *Requirements**

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate's degree preferred

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Background check required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to use a wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (no Wi-Fi)
  • Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) smartphone
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically
  • Strong customer service skills, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with banking or financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with virtual classroom training and coaching

• Virtual classroom training scheduled to start on Wednesday, October 30, 2024

  • + Week 1: Wednesday, 5PM-10PM; Thursday, 9PM-2AM; Friday, 9PM-2AM; Saturday, 5PM-10PM; Sunday, 5PM-10PM
  • + Week 2: Monday, off; Tuesday, off; Wednesday, 9PM-2AM; Thursday, 9PM-2AM; Friday, off
