Position Overview

We are actively recruiting full‑time Inbound Phone Customer Service Agents to join our dynamic Customer Experience team. This role is based in Cedar Falls, IA, with a flexible Remote/Hybrid work model that allows you to split your time between our modern office facility and a comfortable home workspace. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls, providing courteous, accurate, and timely assistance.
  • Build lasting customer relationships by actively listening, diagnosing issues, and delivering effective solutions.
  • Navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously, including order entry, CRM, and inventory management systems.
  • Process orders, manage returns, resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, and apply credits in accordance with arenaflex policies.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and internal support teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Document interactions in the CRM system, maintaining detailed records for future reference and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Adhere to all safety, security, and compliance standards while working both on‑site and remotely.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps upload, 15 Mbps download) and a dedicated, quiet workspace at home.
  • Proficiency with Windows‑based PC environments and the ability to learn multiple software platforms quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Eligibility to commute to the Cedar Falls facility for the required on‑site training and hybrid work days.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: Starting at $15.80 per hour, with three scheduled automatic raises over the first 12 months, bringing the rate up to $17.00 per hour.
