Operational Tasks & Coordination

  • Process and reconcile Mastercard transactions at ticket counter stations.
  • Manage self‑service kiosk registrations and support travelers with on‑site equipment.
  • Coordinate with ground handling teams, airport authorities, and security personnel to ensure seamless boarding and deplaning processes.
  • Maintain accurate flight logs, passenger manifests, and load‑sheet documentation.
  • Provide real‑time updates to passengers regarding gate changes, delays, and other operational information.

Compliance & Safety

  • Adhere to all FAA, TSA, and local security regulations, including SIDA access requirements where applicable.
  • Complete mandatory pre‑employment drug screening, background checks, and fingerprinting.
