What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide coaching on Agile values and practices while emphasizing continuous improvement
- Facilitate effective iteration-based meetings, ensuring outcomes are achieved
- Collaborate with project leads to address issues, risks, and mitigation plans
- Track historical team metrics and ensure visibility of progress for iterations and releases
- Identify and remove blockers to optimize team throughput and efficiency
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- BA/BS degree with IT experience in project management
- Proven experience overseeing project teams with at least 10 team members
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and time management skills
- Strong self-motivation, organization, and ability to work independently
- Experience in a Web, Java, XML, RDBMS development environment is preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- ScrumMaster certification
- Hands-on experience with distributed development teams across various geographies
- Proven ability to propose creative solutions to complex, time-critical challenges
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices
- Experience in facilitating retrospectives and implementing improvements
