Responsibilities: The entire PL KPI interface revamp initiative will focus on improving usability of the existing APG PL KPI's, aligning functionality with end-user roles, and delivering a mobile-friendly and responsive interface for both desktop and mobile visualizations Objectives:
- Improving overall application usability and accessibility to necessary
- dashboards
- Aligning user interface and workflows to clearly defined end-user roles-allowing for an almost wizard like feel for most end users to get their OPS
- Review dashboards and visualizations
- Enhancing navigation and reducing friction in key end-user workflows; requirements are end-user dependent and will require different levels of entitlements/access from execution level employees to ELT.
- Deliver responsive, mobile-friendly experiences across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- Increase user satisfaction, productivity, and adoption of our dashboards.
- Analyze existing user journeys and workflows (if any)
- Identify usability pain points and improvement opportunities
Statement of Work - Ul/UX Enhancements for KPIs Project Overview: This sow defines the scope, deliverables, and requirements for enhancing the UX of an existing application. This is not an all-inclusive list but the best of Stephanie's knowledge at the time of submission. Scope of Work: 3.1 UX Assessment & Discovery
