About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Junior HR Associate to join our People team. The primary focus for this role will be supporting recruitment. Over time, the individual will also assist with key People Ops functions including onboarding, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, HR admin tasks, and training support. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of HR experience who wants to grow into a full-stack HR professional.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage job postings across platforms and ensure timely updates.
- Source and screen candidates for IT and Non-IT roles.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and organized data in the applicant tracking system (Rippling).
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
People Operations:
- Assist in onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging Day 1 experience.
- Help maintain up-to-date employee records like WIW and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
- Support milestone celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, and personal occasions.
- Contribute to the execution of rewards and recognition programs by helping with logistics, certificates, and communication.
- Assist in curating and sharing training and development materials for internal programs.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and HR platforms (experience with Rippling is a plus).
- Google Sheets wizardry & working with HR/recruitment dashboards
