  • Travel & Events: Attend virtual customer meetings, webinars, and occasional on‑site events as needed to deepen relationships and drive adoption.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a solutions engineer, technical sales engineer, or a similar role within a distributed‑computing environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with traditional data‑center architectures (servers, storage, networking) and virtualization technologies such as hypervisors, containers, and orchestration platforms.
  • Proficiency in Linux system administration, networking fundamentals, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling presentations and technical documentation.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Customer‑Centricity: A genuine passion for helping customers succeed and a proactive approach to anticipating their needs.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, product, engineering, and support teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
