Position Overview

The Business Analysis Manager – Data Entry (Remote) will join arenaflex’s Global Finance team, supporting senior leadership with monthly and quarterly reporting packages, board‑level presentations, and strategic financial analysis. This role is a blend of meticulous data entry, rigorous financial analysis, and cross‑functional partnership. You will be instrumental in shaping the analytical rigor that drives arenaflex’s growth, operational efficiency, and strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high‑volume data entry tasks with precision, ensuring that all financial data is captured accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare, consolidate, and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for senior executives, the Board of Directors, and the Global Finance leadership team.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models that support scenario analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Partner with regional finance teams to gather, validate, and reconcile data across multiple business units and geographies.
  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of standardized reporting processes, dashboards, and analytical tools.
  • Conduct external benchmarking research and leverage statistical techniques to provide actionable insights that influence business decisions.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to define reporting requirements, establish timelines, and drive alignment on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, clearly articulating the financial impact of strategic initiatives.
  • Perform first‑level audit responsibilities, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulatory standards.
  • Mentor and coach junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the finance team.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or data entry within a large, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with complex data sets, perform detailed reconciliations, and produce error‑free reports.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw data into meaningful business insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and familiarity with financial reporting tools such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
