Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to join arenaflex’s Pharmacy Support Center. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, prescribers, and pharmacy staff, handling inbound and outbound communications, processing medication orders, and ensuring accurate patient enrollment—all while adhering to HIPAA regulations and arenaflex’s rigorous quality standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize arenaflex’s proprietary pharmacy information systems to accurately enter new patient enrollment data and update existing records.
  • Process prescription refill requests, medication authorizations, and “top‑off” orders while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA and state pharmacy regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve missing or incomplete prescription information, including decoding SIG (directions for use) codes and clarifying dosage instructions with prescribers.
  • Handle high‑volume inbound calls, chats, and email inquiries from patients, providing clear, empathetic, and timely assistance.
  • Initiate outbound communications to prescribers, pharmacy technicians, and patients to verify orders, obtain approvals, or convey critical updates.
  • Document all interactions in the electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring that each case is fully resolved or escalated according to arenaflex’s standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with on‑site and remote pharmacy professionals, escalating complex clinical questions to senior staff when necessary.

Essential Qualifications
