Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leadership and the Customer Engineering (CE) organization to define staffing plans that align with revenue targets and market demand.
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for CE roles—including job requisition creation, interview panel coordination, and candidate selection—to build a high‑performing technical team.
  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive onboarding, training, and enablement programs that accelerate CE readiness and ensure consistent delivery excellence.
  • Conduct regular readiness assessments, identify skill gaps, and implement targeted development plans that keep the CE team ahead of evolving technology trends.
  • Collaborate closely with arenaflex Cloud sales teams to qualify, prioritize, and strategize on enterprise opportunities, providing technical insight that shapes winning proposals.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales account teams, product management, support, and engineering to resolve pre‑ and post‑sales technical issues, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Travel up to 30 % of the time to customer sites, industry events, and internal training hubs to foster relationships, gather market intelligence, and champion arenaflex solutions.
  • Develop and articulate compelling technical narratives that translate complex concepts into clear, business‑focused messaging for diverse stakeholder audiences.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with a technical team in a cloud‑computing environment or a comparable customer‑facing role.
  • Hands‑on experience building or consuming machine‑learning solutions and developing applications using AI frameworks and libraries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • Demonstrated expertise with conversational technologies, large‑language models, and the development of dialogue‑driven applications.
  • Experience with document AI and vision AI, including model training, deployment, and integration into enterprise workflows.
  • Prior experience serving as a pre‑sales or customer‑facing engineering manager, with a track record of influencing multi‑million‑dollar deals.
