Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our arenaflex Chat Assistant Team. In this fully web‑based role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for fans and customers, handling live chat interactions on the arenaflex platform. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will revolve around answering inquiries, sharing promotional links, and providing discount information—all through a secure, online chat interface. No phone calls are required; all communication is conducted via text, allowing you to work comfortably from any location with a reliable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with fans and customers in real time, delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate responses.
  • Answer frequently asked questions about creator content, subscription options, and platform policies.
  • Share sales links, promotional codes, and exclusive offers as directed by creators.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of each creator’s brand voice and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Document recurring issues and feedback, escalating complex matters to the senior support team when necessary.
  • Adhere to arenaflex’s privacy and security protocols, safeguarding creator and user data at all times.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on platform updates, new features, and best practices.
  • Contribute ideas for improving chat workflows, response templates, and overall customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in online customer service, live chat support, or community management (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for grammar, tone, and clarity.
  • Comfortable navigating web‑based tools, CRM systems, and chat platforms.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download) and a dedicated device (desktop, laptop, or tablet).
  • Ability to work independently while meeting productivity targets and quality standards.

  • Basic understanding of digital content creation ecosystems and creator‑fan dynamics.

Compensation & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour, reflecting the specialized nature of this role. You have the flexibility to schedule as few as 5 hours or as many as 40 hours per week, allowing you to tailor work hours to your personal commitments. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for performance‑based bonuses, referral incentives, and occasional promotional stipends.
