Key Responsibilities

  • Database Maintenance: Collaborate with cross‑functional team members to keep our central databases current, well‑structured, and easily searchable.
  • Content Categorization: Organize and tag information using predefined taxonomy, making it simple for stakeholders to locate and reference data.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform routine quality checks, identify inconsistencies, and correct errors before they propagate through downstream systems.
  • Project Communication: Liaise with project leads to understand data requirements, deadlines, and priority shifts, ensuring alignment across the virtual workspace.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement enhancements to data entry workflows, tools, and documentation to boost efficiency.

What You Will Do – Day‑to‑Day Activities

  • Navigate multiple content management systems, spreadsheets, and cloud‑based platforms to input, edit, and audit data.
  • Work independently to meet daily and weekly targets while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

  • Collaborate with editors, designers, and product managers to clarify ambiguous data points and ensure consistency across all assets.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in data entry, virtual assistance, or administrative support, preferably within an entertainment or media environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to type at least 70 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail; ability to spot and correct inconsistencies quickly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with cloud‑based collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
