The Role We're looking for licensed Registered Nurses with a minimum of 3 years of bedside experience to participate in AI evaluation tasks. You'll review simulated patient-AI interactions and provide feedback on key aspects such as
- Medical accuracy and safety
- Empathy and communication
- Cultural competence and bias detection This is a task-based, flexible position where you’ll set your own schedule and work an average of 1–5 hours per week. Who You Are Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the U.S. Fluent in Japanese (required) Experienced with a broad range of patient cases Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet Detail-oriented with a passion for improving healthcare Additional Info

- Pay $30 - $150 per day, depending on task volume
