Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for arenaflex customers, providing professional, personable, and timely assistance via phone, email, and chat.
  • Navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously, accurately entering and retrieving data while maintaining a smooth conversation flow.
  • Diagnose product issues by asking targeted questions, performing step‑by‑step troubleshooting, and recommending effective solutions.
  • Educate customers on proper use, care, and maintenance of arenaflex appliances to maximize satisfaction and product longevity.
  • Collaborate with installation partners, service technicians, dealers, and distributors to coordinate service appointments and resolve complex concerns.
  • Document each interaction thoroughly, ensuring that all relevant details are captured for future reference and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training, self‑study, and participation in internal knowledge‑sharing sessions.

Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

  • Education: High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree or additional post‑secondary education is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience; experience supporting high‑value or technical products is preferred.
  • Problem‑Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, negotiate solutions, and think creatively under pressure.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort using multiple software applications concurrently and a willingness to learn arenaflex’s proprietary systems.
  • Location Requirement: Must reside within 100 miles of either Madison, WI or Phoenix, AZ and be able to attend on‑site training for the first three months.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work a part‑time schedule of 25‑29 hours per week, with varied days and times after training.
