The Role: Global Equity Plan Consultant

As a Global Equity Plan Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and managing our global equity compensation programs. This remote opportunity offers you the chance to work with cutting-edge equity instruments, including stock options, Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and stock purchase plans, while ensuring compliance and accuracy across our global operations.

What You'll Do for arenaflex

As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll contribute to a team that delivers stock plan management by:

• Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
• Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards
• Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities
• Ensuring accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting of all equity transactions
• Researching, tracking, and responding to questions received from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
• Supporting equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
• Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
• Reviewing and maintaining equity administration procedures and documentation
• Performing other equity plan management tasks, as requested

Qualifications & Requirements

We're looking for a motivated professional with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
• At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or comparable field preferred
• Experience working with various stock plan products including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly
• Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday particularly), processes and interrelationships of data transfers
• Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations
