Why This Role Matters

As a Data Analyst on the Studio Research & Analytics team, you will be at the heart of arenaflex’s product and consumer experience initiatives. You’ll partner with product managers, marketers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate raw data into actionable insights that shape the future of our streaming bundles, in‑home entertainment, and next‑generation content experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and support a broad range of qualitative and quantitative research studies, including survey development, data collection, and statistical analysis.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources using SQL to feed the daily operations of the arenaflex consumer experience monitoring program.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and distribution teams to define research objectives, business requirements, and timelines, ensuring data initiatives align with strategic priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal research partners and external vendors, acting as the primary liaison for data‑related projects.
  • Analyze and synthesize both ongoing and ad‑hoc reports using quantitative and qualitative data to inform product strategy, user engagement, and subscription growth.
  • Manage assigned projects, enforce best‑practice processes, and maintain comprehensive documentation to guarantee timely delivery and high‑quality outcomes.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate analytical findings into clear, compelling visual presentations that drive decision‑making.
  • Work closely with the analytics community within Snowflake and Databricks environments to ensure data integrity and scalability.
  • Stay current on emerging trends in SVOD (Subscription Video on Demand) and in‑home entertainment, providing thought leadership on industry developments.
  • Respond to critical data requests from internal clients, delivering accurate and actionable insights on demand.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Science, or a related field (or a Master’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience).
  • Minimum three years of professional experience in data analysis, market research, or a comparable analytical role.
  • Proficiency in SQL with a proven ability to extract, join, and manipulate disparate data sets.
  • Strong quantitative reasoning and analytical skills, with a track record of turning complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of crafting concise visual presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
