Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated Part‑Time Remote Data Entry Analyst to support our paid‑media analytics function. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive on turning raw data into actionable insights, enjoy collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing paid‑media spend, building robust reporting frameworks, and delivering strategic recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, cleanse, and validate large volumes of paid‑media data from internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards and scorecards using SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid‑media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to design and implement data models that surface cost‑efficiency opportunities and improve ROI.
  • Conduct deep‑dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and growth levers within paid‑media spend, presenting findings in clear, concise formats for senior leadership.
  • Partner with the Data Science team to integrate predictive analytics and machine‑learning insights into media mix modeling.
  • Produce ad‑hoc reports and custom data extracts in response to urgent business questions, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
  • Assist in the creation of business cases and strategic recommendations that influence budgeting and allocation decisions across the organization.
  • Maintain documentation of data pipelines, reporting standards, and analytical methodologies to support knowledge sharing and continuity.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in business analytics, data analysis, or consulting within an e‑commerce or digital advertising environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, window functions, and performance optimization.
  • Demonstrated expertise with at least one major BI/visualization platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, QuickSight).
  • Hands‑on experience with Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
