Position Overview: Lit Financial is looking for driven, licensed mortgage professionals ready to take ownership of their business and earnings. As a Branch Manager, you will have access to a vast network of qualified lenders — giving you the tools to find the right solution for every client. This is your business to build. Whether you want to close a few deals a month or scale a high-volume operation, Lit Financial gives you the platform, the products, and the freedom to do it your way. This is a 100% commission role as a 1099 team member. Your income is tied directly to your production — the more you close, the more you earn. Top performers at Lit Financial earn six figures and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in securing mortgage financing, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loan products Prospect and develop relationships with new borrower clients Match clients to the best loan program across our lender marketplace Guide borrowers through the full mortgage application and approval process Analyze financial documents and determine loan eligibility Build and maintain a referral network with realtors and other partners Stay current on loan programs, rates, and industry regulations Qualifications: Active NMLS license required 1+ year of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator preferred Solid grasp of loan programs, guidelines, and mortgage calculations Ability to analyze financial documents and assess borrower eligibility Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Strong communication and client relationship skills Responsible for maintaining own state licensing and continuing education What We Offer: Competitive commission structure with unlimited earning potential Access to a premier network of lending partners & in-house technology Industry-leading processing and operational support Remote flexibility Ability to purchase top-tier leads and maintain control over your pipeline growth Become part of a fast-growing team driven by experienced mortgage professionals Apply To This Job
