If so, arenaflex invites you to explore an exciting part-time opportunity as a Case Management Analyst on our growing healthcare support team.

At arenaflex, we believe that quality healthcare begins with quality support. Our organization is committed to connecting individuals with the resources, education, and care coordination they need to live healthier, more empowered lives. As a member of our case management team, you will play a vital role in helping our members access benefits, understand their care options, and overcome barriers to achieving optimal health outcomes. This isn’t just a data entry job — it’s a chance to be a trusted guide and advocate for individuals during some of life’s most important healthcare moments.

Position Overview

As a Case Management Analyst at arenaflex, you will use critical thinking, sound judgment, and a holistic approach to collaborate with members, healthcare providers, and internal teams. Your work will directly support proper healthcare outcomes by assisting with appointment scheduling, identifying and helping members access benefits and educational resources, and utilizing care management tools to deliver personalized support. This part-time remote position offers a competitive hourly rate of $30/hour, flexible scheduling within an 8-hour workday, and the opportunity to make a real difference every single day.

Working remotely from your home office, you will conduct comprehensive assessments of referred members, develop individualized care plans, and serve as the bridge between members and the broader healthcare ecosystem. If you are someone who finds purpose in problem-solving, values human connection, and is committed to continuous learning, this role is designed for you.

Key Responsibilities

Member Assessment and Care Planning

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred members using care management tools, data review, and information analysis to identify needs, eligibility, and appropriate care pathways.
  • Recommend tailored approaches to case resolution by evaluating each member’s benefit plan and identifying both internal programs and external community resources that align with their unique circumstances.
  • Identify high-risk factors and service needs that may impact member outcomes, escalating complex cases to clinical case management or emergency intervention as appropriate.
  • Facilitate and implement assigned care plan activities, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure members are moving toward their goals.

Clinical Appropriateness and Quality of Care

  • Collaborate across disciplines by consulting with caseworkers, supervisors, Medical Directors, and other health programs to overcome barriers and achieve care objectives.
  • Present cases at case conferences to obtain multidisciplinary review and ensure optimal member outcomes through collective expertise.
  • Identify and escalate quality-of-care concerns through established channels to uphold the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Apply advanced consultation skills to secure appropriate options and services that meet each member’s benefits and healthcare needs.
  • Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to maximize member engagement, promote lifestyle and behavioral changes, and encourage sustainable health improvements.
  • Provide education, information, and support that empower members to make informed, independent decisions about their clinical care and overall wellness.
  • Encourage active member participation with their healthcare providers, fostering collaborative decision-making and shared responsibility for health outcomes.

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Documentation

  • Apply case management and quality management processes in strict compliance with regulatory guidelines, accreditation standards, and arenaflex policies and procedures.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all member interactions, care plans, assessments, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care and regulatory compliance.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making data-driven recommendations for program improvements.
  • Stay current on industry best practices, regulatory updates, and emerging trends in case management to continuously enhance service quality.

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as behavioral health, human services, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or a related discipline. Non-licensed master’s level clinicians with relevant behavioral health or human services degrees are also strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in behavioral health or social services, demonstrating a strong foundation in member advocacy and care coordination.
