Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for members seeking guidance on their pharmacy benefit plans. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls from plan members inquiring about prescription insurance, medication coverage, mail-order prescriptions, and general pharmacy benefit questions.
  • Educate members on their coverage options, pharmacy network details, and cost-saving opportunities to help them make informed health care decisions.
  • Accurately document all member interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within company systems in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring member concerns are addressed promptly and thoroughly.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products, services, policies, and procedures to deliver consistent and accurate information.
  • Demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction, particularly when assisting members who may be experiencing health-related stress or confusion.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and productivity.

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following required qualifications:

  • Residency Requirement: Must reside within 75 miles of Las Vegas, Nevada, to support business operations and potential on-site training requirements.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a professional setting, which may include call centers, retail environments, hospitality, customer service departments, or military service.
  • Computer Proficiency: Demonstrated competency in navigating Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and various web-based tools.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Work from Home Capability: Ability to maintain a reliable, high-speed internet connection (meeting arenaflex's approved speed requirements), a dedicated and secure workspace free from distractions, and the discipline to thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work a full-time schedule with varying shifts between the hours of 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM local time, including rotating days off. Scheduled start times will vary to support business needs.
  • Compliance Commitment: Willingness to complete all required on-site training (approximately 8 weeks) and adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance standards.
