Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative for our healthcare client, you will be the voice of arenaflex to members seeking assistance with their insurance plans and related services. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Answering inbound calls with a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Providing accurate information on benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices.
  • Assessing each member’s needs quickly and efficiently, ensuring a strong customer‑focused approach.
