  • Perform high‑volume data entry tasks with a minimum accuracy rate of 99.5 % in accordance with client‑specific guidelines.
  • Identify, classify, and process a variety of form types, including MEDI (Medical, Education, and Documentation Initiatives) and other specialized documents.
  • Execute verification, validation, and quality‑control procedures to ensure data integrity across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve data discrepancies, answer client inquiries, and suggest process improvements.
  • Maintain detailed logs of work performed, adhering to established documentation standards and audit requirements.
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision while staying aligned with company policies, security protocols, and client expectations.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities, including occasional weekend support, to meet business‑critical deadlines.

Essential Qualifications – What We Require
