Key Responsibilities

  • Data Scrubbing & Validation: Review, cleanse, and verify provider contract records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal SOPs.
  • Contract Installation: Research, extract, and load provider contract information into arenaflex’s proprietary systems, confirming that all fields are correctly populated.
  • Status Updates: Maintain real‑time status tracking within client portals, ensuring that every contract’s lifecycle stage is accurately reflected.
  • Document Retrieval & Entry: Extract data from a variety of sources—including PDFs, web portals, and scanned documents—and enter it into structured databases.
  • Discrepancy Analysis: Identify inconsistencies, flag potential errors, and collaborate with senior team members to resolve issues before they affect downstream processes.
  • SLA Compliance: Prioritize tasks to meet or exceed client‑defined service level agreements, delivering timely and error‑free results.
  • Domain Knowledge Application: Leverage your understanding of health‑care and insurance terminology to interpret contract clauses, provider specialties, and reimbursement models.
  • Problem Solving & Escalation: Resolve routine data challenges independently; recognize complex issues and route them to more experienced colleagues when necessary.
  • Email Management: Monitor a shared inbox, respond to internal and client inquiries, and document communication for audit trails.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a role that demanded meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
  • At least 1 year of professional/office experience (e.g., data entry, clerical support, customer service) with a regular shift schedule.
  • Proficiency with Windows‑based applications, including the ability to navigate multiple screens, use keyboard shortcuts, and quickly learn new software.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional certifications in data management or health‑care administration are a plus.

Schedule & Commitment
