Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of prescription orders, including counting, measuring, and labeling medications.
  • Process insurance claims, correct and resubmit any rejected claims, and ensure timely reimbursement.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all transactions, cash handling, and inventory movements.

Customer Experience & Communication

  • Provide a warm, professional greeting to every customer, whether in‑store, via phone, or through virtual channels.
