Position Overview

We are currently seeking motivated, compassionate, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Outbound Customer Service Representatives. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the vital link between arenaflex and the healthcare payers and members we serve. Schedule and Work Environment

This is a full-time, remote position offering the flexibility and work-life balance you've been seeking. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week, with shifts available between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Central Time (9:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern Time, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Time).
