Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service & Claims Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, your primary duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Data Entry of Claims Information: Accurately input and update claims information into arenaflex's proprietary claims management systems, ensuring all data is entered correctly, completely, and in a timely manner.
  • Follow-Up on Missing Information: Proactively reach out to internal team members, claimants, or external partners to gather any missing documentation or details required to successfully process each claim.
  • Invoice Review and Verification: Carefully review incoming invoices associated with claims to confirm accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation before processing.
  • Report Compilation: Generate and compile detailed reports from the claims management system, summarizing key metrics, claim statuses, and other relevant information for internal stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and staff support to the claims coordination team, including document organization, file management, and correspondence handling.
  • Customer Service Assistance: Occasionally assist with customer inquiries related to claim status, documentation requirements, and general process questions, always representing arenaflex in a professional and courteous manner.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for the Remote Customer Service & Claims Data Entry Representative position at arenaflex, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Work Experience: A minimum of six months to one year of work experience in an administrative, customer service, data entry, or office support role.
