- Description
- $75-80/per hour Counselor (Couples/Family/Individual Counselors or equivalent)-no Associates
- Full Benefits/PTO/Incentive pay in addition
- Counselors will provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families dealing with a wide range of issues, including relationship challenges, communication struggles, conflict resolution, parenting concerns, and more.
- The position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home office and set your schedule with your clients.

- Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
- Assess client needs, create treatment plans, and offer tailored counseling strategies.
- Help clients build better communication skills, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress notes.
- Collaborate with other team members, as needed, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay up-to-date with current counseling methods, techniques, and best practices.
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.
- Qualifications:
- Washington State licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or equivalent. List STATES LICENSED IN
- Experience in family and marriage counseling.
- Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities for relationship and family dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload remotely.
- Comfortable with telehealth technology and conducting virtual sessions.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
