Role:Sr Scrum Master with Healthcare Payer AND Epic Platform Location: Remote Opportunity Duration: Long-Term Contract Key responsibilities
- Overall 10+ years of IT experience, including performing a Scrum Master role, with a strong background in the Healthcare domain, and expertise in SAFe Agile practices.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration and communication.
- Support Product Owners in backlog management by refining and prioritizing user stories to maximize business value and ensure clear, actionable requirements.
- Identify, address, and remove impediments that may impact team productivity and delivery, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe methodologies, promoting transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
- Serve as a bridge between development teams and stakeholders, providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Leverage strong communication, organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills to drive successful Agile delivery and team effectiveness.
